NEWS- Immaterialism partners with IWF to boost fight to stop spread of child sexual abuse material online

Immaterialism has joined the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) to strengthen efforts to combat online child sexual abuse material.

As one of the first registrars to receive the IWF’s new Registrar Alerts, the company will be able to take faster action against harmful domains.

The partnership builds on Immaterialism’s existing commitment to online safety, including monitoring for abusive domain registrations and removing domains linked to scams or child sexual abuse content. The company will also use the IWF’s Keywords List and Top Level Domain Hopping List to improve its ability to identify and disrupt offending domains.

Both organisations emphasised the importance of industry collaboration in protecting children online. Immaterialism stated that the partnership reinforces its commitment to trust, safety, and responsible internet management, while the IWF welcomed the registrar’s support in tackling the growing volume of online child sexual abuse material.
