strengthen support for family networks
ensure stable, registered and high‑quality placements for children in care
The plan also includes actions to:
support the workforce
improve services
strengthen accountability and data systems
support partners with implementing the reforms introduced through the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Act 2026
