Navigating the world of safeguarding is not an easy task, especially with ever changing guidance and best practice. RLB can offer a range of consultative services tailored to appropriate legislation and organisational need.
You will have access to knowledgeable consultants who can provide expert focus, and support you with the implementation, embedding, and evaluation process.
RLB also offer support for organisations that either have embarked upon or are planning to implement a Mental Health First Aid style initiative. We will ensure legal and best practice compliance, support an employer's duty of care, and provide governance regarding what to do in crisis or if a colleague is at risk of suicide.
